Handling of Axion products.
To ensure the longest possible lifespan for your AXION products, it is important to follow our guidelines for setup, weather conditions, and maintenance.
Airtightness Guarantee
We guarantee that your product will remain airtight for a minimum of 48 hours from inflation. However, experience shows that the products often hold air for weeks or even months. If products are set up in locations with fluctuating temperatures, air may escape through the overpressure valves when the temperature is at its highest.
If you experience air loss without a puncture, it is usually because the valve is not screwed in correctly or tight enough, or because sand is stuck in the overpressure valve. When packing away, the two-part valve caps should always be attached to protect the thread (a single notch in the thread is enough to cause air leakage).
Weather Conditions & Safety
Although AXION tents are tested for high wind speeds, we always recommend taking down the equipment during forecasted storms. In general, handling the products is not advisable at wind speeds exceeding 12 m/s.
Please be aware that moisture and evaporation can condense at the top of the tent when set up on grass or soil. Always ensure the product is completely dry before packing it away to avoid rot and mildew on the fabric.
Material Protection
To avoid perforations of the inner bladder, the product must be handled with care. Never drag the product over stones or asphalt, as this can damage both the cover and the inner bladder.
We recommend using a groundsheet during unpacking and setup to protect the material from direct contact with the surface. Never place heavy objects, such as ballast plates, directly on top of the inflated product.
Payment & Delivery
Standard payment is 100% in advance upon order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery time is typically 3-5 weeks from approved design, depending on the season and order size.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in DKK excluding shipping and VAT.
Since all our branded products are custom-made and manufactured uniquely to your specifications, there is no right of return. We provide a 3-month warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects.
