Why get a 3D mockup of my project?
A 3D visualization gives you a realistic impression of proportions, scale, and logo placement. Please note that the 3D visualization is for visual clarification. It is always the final 2D print file that you approve before production begins.
Does it cost extra to get a 3D visualization and preparation of print files?
No. Both the 3D visualization, setting up your graphics in our templates, and minor adjustments to your print files are 100% included in our price. You always receive a print file for final approval before we start production.
Can I trust the colors in the 3D visualization 100%?
No. Color display on screens is affected by screen settings, lighting in the 3D software, etc. Additionally, print colors behave differently depending on the fabric type. The specified color codes in your approved print file always apply during production. If you are uncertain, you can order a physical print sample.
What file format do you need for my logo and graphics?
We require vector graphics in AI, EPS, or vector PDF formats. All colors in the file must be defined in CMYK. If you have Pantone color codes (PMS), please state them, and the factory will use them to calibrate the CMYK colors.
How do we ensure that you match our brand colors?
If color precision is crucial for your brand, we can produce and send a physical print sample on the actual fabric. Please note that a print sample incurs a small fee as well as 1–2 weeks of extra delivery time.
